Refund Policy
Once the order is placed, it is not possible to edit or cancel it due to all orders being produced on demand.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
- As soon as an order is placed, it is not possible to make a full refund even if it hasn't been produced. If you are to need a refund we can offer you a partial refund where £20 (handling fee) will be deducted from the full refund as work has already been put in. Please note the extra " First in line" is not refundable.
- If your order has been produced it is not possible to make any type of refund.
- If your order includes a digital product and it has been delivered to you by email it is not possible to make a refund of this product.
Damaged Products
- For all products that arrive damage we send a replacement no questions asked. To be eligible you just need to send photos of the damaged parts.
- Please note our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange even if your product is damaged.
Haven't received any emails from us after purchasing?
- Make sure the email of your order is correct and valid as you need to approve your design in order for us to start the production of your order.
- If you did not receive any email after 7 working days of purchasing, please contact us and check your spam folder. If you don't get any response within 48 working hours it is likely that emails are getting bounced back so please contact us using a different email address so we can send you the digital proof.
Additional information
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delays, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. The delivery times listed on the website is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster.
